We regularly assist programme directors and university management in the process of integrating sustainable development in a relevant way into their education programmes. This process typically consists of four stages:

  1. current status analysis
  2. creating a vision
  3. creating a roadmap
  4. applying the change process

Each of these steps consists of interviews, focus group seminars, workshops and a range of other activities. Depending on the clients’ particular needs and what they have done before, the focus of the process can be put on different aspects. The objective is to assist the client so they eventually will have the capacity to launch their own process for continuously evaluating and monitoring how sustainable development is integrated into their programmes and courses – and to have recruited their own personnel to continue operating the process by their own.
